- This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Willa IZYDOR website (hereinafter: the Website).
- The controller of personal data contained on the Website is Bukowska Barbara "Willa Izydor", Kościelisko 34-511, Rysulówka 32a, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under NIP: 7361132531 (hereinafter: the Controller).
- To ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Controller operates in accordance with internal procedures and recommendations compliant with applicable personal data protection laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on protecting individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The Controller exercises due diligence to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, ensures that personal data are:

- collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed incompatibly with those purposes,
- substantively accurate and adequate for the purposes for which they are processed,
- stored in a form allowing identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
- The Controller obtains information about users and their behaviour through information voluntarily entered in forms, for the purpose of:
- responding to user enquiries submitted via the contact form, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- accepting reservations via the online booking system, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- providing services offered by the Controller, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to an email address where the Client has consented by selecting the relevant box during the booking process, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent to data processing for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the relevant link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Controller's email address,
- pursuing the Controller's legitimate interest in specific cases, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g. debt collection,
- On the first visit to the Willa IZYDOR website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By remaining on the website, the user accepts the use of cookies. Failure to change the browser settings constitutes consent to the use of “cookies”.
- Cookie settings will change after the session on the Controller's website is restarted or refreshed.
- Installing “cookies necessary for the basic functionality of the Website” is required for its proper operation, in particular for authorisation.

The right to data portability does not apply because no data exchange standard has been established between hotel facilities.
