- This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Willa IZYDOR website (hereinafter: the Service).
- The administrator of personal data contained on the Service is Bukowska Barbara "Willa Izydor", Kościelisko 34-511, Rysulówka 32a, registered in the business register under the number NIP: 7361132531 (hereinafter: the Data Controller).
- In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, the Data Controller operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in compliance with applicable legal acts on personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The Data Controller exercises special care to protect the interests of the data subjects, and in particular ensures that personal data are:

- collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
- accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
- stored in a form that allows identification of the persons concerned no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
- The Data Controller obtains information about users and their behavior through voluntary input of information in forms, for the purposes of:
- responding to user inquiries sent via the contact form under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- accepting reservations via the online reservation system under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- delivering services provided by the Data Controller under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address, if the Client has consented by checking the appropriate box during the reservation process under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent for marketing purposes and sending commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Data Controller's email address,
- realizing the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in particular cases under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g. debt collection,
- Upon the first visit to the Willa IZYDOR website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By staying on the website, the user consents to the use of cookies. Failure to change browser settings by the user is equivalent to consent to the use of cookies.
- Changing cookie settings will take effect after restarting or refreshing the session on the Data Controller's website.
- The installation of "cookies necessary for the basic functionality of the Service" is required for its proper functioning, especially for authorization.

Users may also request the deletion of their personal data from the Service at any time. The right to data portability does not apply as no standard for exchanging such data between hotel facilities has been established.
