5 places in Kościelisko that I recommend to my Guests for May
My Guests very often ask me:
"Where to go to have it beautiful but peaceful?"
And I always answer: Kościelisko has such places — you just need to know them.
As the owner of Willa Izydor I have my favorite routes, which I especially recommend in May.
1. Kościeliska Valley – a classic, but in the morning

In May it is exceptional.
I advise Guests one thing: go early in the morning.
Then:
- there are no crowds
- the light is the most beautiful
- you can really feel the mountains
2. Chochołowska Valley – space and peace

This place gives you a breath.
Wide space, views, and long walks without hurry.
3. Clearings in Kościelisko – my little secrets
Not all places have names.
And that's good.
Because it is exactly there that Guests often say:
"This is the most beautiful here."
Kościelisko has many such spots with a view of Giewont.
4. Walk without a plan
Sometimes the best place is... no plan.
My Guests often ask:
"What to do today?"
And I answer:
"Please go forward."
Kościelisko offers such a possibility. Without crowds like in
Zakopane.
5. Morning with coffee and a view of the Tatras
This is not a place on the map.
It's a moment.
At Willa Izydor mornings in May are peaceful.
And I often hear:
"That was the best point of the day."
Why do I recommend Kościelisko instead of Zakopane?
Because here:
- there is silence
- there are views
- there is space
And in May all of this tastes even better.
