  Please note that in winter, due to our mountain location, vehicles should be equipped with snow chains and good tyres. This will ensure your safety when travelling to our property and around the area.

  IMPORTANT!

  Under Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act, if you require a VAT invoice for your order/booking, please inform us during the booking process. Please provide the details for the invoice, including the VAT number. We can issue a VAT invoice only if the VAT number is entered on the receipt. Failure to provide the VAT number during booking will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up on the arrival date no refunds will be made.
